Dava showed up on a whim at Hemma Yoga to try something different from her usual step or spin class. She didn’t expect to sleep better, feel less stressed or to be so enthralled with this ancient practice, with it’s beautiful language and fluidity. This quickly became her everyday preparation for the real world. Her yoga practice taught her to take yoga off her mat, out of her comfort zone, onto her bike and out into her sangha. She is currently exploring the teachings of Micheal Stone, Tibetan meditation, and Anusara inspired self reflection. Stepping into the studio has been a breath of fresh air…
