Thighbones back?  Check.  Pelvic Loop engaged?  Check.  Kidney Loop active?  Check.  Shoulder Loop?  Skull Loop?  Check and check!  Ahhhh, the good old days when yoga was natural.  John Friend, eat your heart out.

There are so many practices… so many paths.  I’ve explored many forms of yoga, meditation, qigong, breathwork, martial arts, and therapeutic practices over the years and all of them have had many wonderful benefits.  And, ultimately, they all point the same direction: cultivating full-body presence to touch that which persists in the midst of perpetual change.  It’s a blessing to share such potent practices with fellow explorers.
