Healing — Physically, Emotionally, Mentally

The truth is that you don’t need to have anything wrong to benefit from a yoga class or an acupuncture treatment.  Our bodies naturally move toward healing.  The process of healing operates best however, when we are able to put ourselves into a calm, still, restful place.  More and more of our lives these days are spent in sympathetic nervous system mode — flight or fight, which means that our body/mind/spirit healing is frequently struggling to keep up.  Spending an hour in one of our comfy recliners, or on a yoga mat, inducing deep rest, helps your body to heal, recover, recharge, and renew!
