This is one of the first questions I ask a new patient when they come into the clinic. So many of our health issues either originate from, or are made worse by, poor sleep. Insomnia, or difficulty sleeping can be caused by many things: to much on your mind, lack of exercise, shift work, etc. Acupuncture can help to regulate sleeping patterns and increase your chances of getting a good nights sleep. Even if you do sleep well, you will still benefit from an occasional “Acu-Nap” in one of our comfy lazy-boy recliner chairs. You deserve a rest!
