May 1st, or May Day, is also known and celebrated by many people around the world as International Workers Day — a day which honours and celebrates the contributions of all working people. Each year, in support of International Workers Day, POCA community clinics in north america and beyond have hosted a special event offering 1000’s of free and low cost treatments.
