This Thanksgiving weekend, including Monday, we are OPEN regular hours for Yoga and Acupuncture. We are thankful for YOU and are here for your self-care!

This holiday weekend is often a time of celebrating family, friends, food, and that which we are thankful for. Of course we don’t need to wait for a harvest holiday to practice gratitude, however it sparks a sweet reminder. For me, I am remembering a practice passed onto me from a dear friend. This practice is to mentally say Thank You every time you see something beautiful in your day. This could be something in nature, artwork, an interaction between 2 people, or anything! As you are wandering around this long weekend, celebrate the beauty you see!
