This class is for anyone interested in learning Classical Hatha Yoga. You will be guided through traditional practices that express the eight limbs of yoga, as taught by Patanjali, in the Yoga Sutras. Classes will include a combination of asana (postures), pranayama (breath-work), chanting and meditation. The class is aimed to help you to cultivate a stable foundation to your practice and to unlock the energy within you.
