As part of our effort to provide affordable and accessible services, each term we offer community classes which are offered on a sliding scale donation from $5-20, or you can also use your membership or class pass. These classes are beginner friendly and may be taught by teachers new to hemma or old timers!
This Hatha Yoga class brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. There is an emphasis on the breath, mindfulness, strength, and relaxation. A great class for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
