Gentle Yoga is for everyone. A gentle class isn’t necessarily an “easy” one. It is a low-intensity class that is designed to help you move through your range of motion as well as nourish yourself on all levels. It is a more introspective and mindful practice that brings about a sense of peace and well-being. It’s an opportunity to check in, slow down and take care of yourself. Each class is different, with the emphasis on mindful breathing and the experience of the pose.
