Kundalini/hatha

Expect to find the first part of this class challenging as we move through 3 different Sun Salutations. Moving through the foundational poses of classic Namaskaras help to warm the physical body, attune with the breath and sweep the energetic channels (nadis).This is the foundation we will build on. The second half of class will draw us inward as we chant and learn Kundalini Meditations to regulate our glandular system and strengthen and clear our nervous system. All levels, beginners welcome.
