The word fusion means “the result of combining two or more things together”. These classes honour the traditional teachings of Joseph Pilates using “all level” variations of Pilates exercises to expand and compliment your existing Yoga practice. This is accomplished by targeting the smaller, deeper, postural, core muscles with the key emphasis on improving posture, strength, endurance and breath awareness.
