Yin Yoga classes provide an opportunity to stop and listen to the wisdom of our body and spirit. Postures are explored for three to five minutes at a time. This allows the connective tissues in and around our joints to open. Yin Yoga stimulates energy movement along our meridians. Mindfulness techniques are introduced and inspired readings are often woven into the class.
