Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation and meditation technique experienced while lying down. It is a systematic approach to releasing tension on the physical, mental, and emotional level. The body remains still while the mind remains active, allowing the student to hover between sleep and wakefulness.
