We limit our classes to 30 students for everyone’s comfort and safety. All Yin classes are limited to 25 students. Please arrive early enough to allow ample time to check in at the front desk, especially if you are purchasing a class pass or membership.
EARLY BIRD REDUCES STRESS:
Please arrive early to reserve your spot, pay and create ease.
OUR TWO CENTS ABOUT SCENTS:
Scents! Please refrain from using perfumes or smoking before class, not everyone appreciates your sense of scent.
DON’T LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR BELONGINGS:
Please remember your belongings. There are hooks in the hall for your coats and cubbies in the studio for your personal items. Hemma is not and cannot be responsible for left, lost or neglected items! Hemma donates all Lost & Found items to Our Place at the end of each month.
EATING AND YOGA:
Resist eating a large meal before coming to yoga. If possible, try not to eat anything 1-2 hours before your practice. You will feel better as will the rest of the class.
