Qigong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi.
The class at Hemma is suitable for all, but would be of particular interest to those who feel themselves to have low energy, leading to depression, anxiety and stress. Qi gong is a gentle, yet powerful way to reconnect to your life force and works as a wonderful adjunct to acupuncture.
